ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • Through this website we accept Paypal payments only.  If you prefer to pay using your credit card directly please feel free to contact us through info@adinamills.com and we can get your credit card information through email or arrange to get it over the phone. 
  • We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

RETURNS

Returns can be requested by email within 14 days of delivery. Please email info@adinamills.com and include the following :

  • Order # and Purchaser's Name
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

 We will respond within 24 hours. If approved, we will provide you with the address to send your item(s) to. Return shipping is not refundable. If the item is returned in original condition and in original packaging, we will refund the cost of the item(s). All shipping is non-refundable. 

Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested by email, within 21 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please email info@adinamills.com and include the following:

  • Order # and Purchaser's Name
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for exchange*

*Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis, and are typically approved. We want you to have a piece you LOVE!

If approved, we will provide you with the address to send your item(s) to. If the item is returned in original condition and in original packaging, we will email you a discount code for the full amount of the item to be used at shopadinamills.com. All shipping costs are not refundable.

 No exchanges or credit will be offered for these items:

Sale items

  • Purchases made using a discount code or during flash sales
  • We do not accept International returns or exchanges 
  • Returns/Exchanges must be requested within 21 days of receiving

FRAGILE DISCLAIMER & REPAIR INFO

Adina Mills pieces are wearable art.  They should be treated with extra special care and love! They are not your typical metal or plastic component jewelry. Although breakage is a rare occurrence, we understand it can still happen.  The wearer assumes all responsibility outside natural wear and tear that may happen over a few years. Please read the following to check if your item may be repairable!

Here are some precautions one should take when wearing these pieces! 

Hold necklaces close to your body when bending down or reaching over a table/hard surface. Keep jewelry dry and away from water, take pieces off when bathing, swimming, washing hands. When wearing rings take care not to slam your hand down on any hard surfaces, etc! 

Broken Clay or Chain

  • If a Clay component of a piece breaks, cracks or chips, Adina will most likely be able to repair. There is a sliding scale fee of $10-$30
  • If a Chain or Metal component of the piece breaks, Adina will most likely be able to repair. There is a sliding scale fee of $10-$30
  • Fee depends on the severity of the damage and extent of the repair work needed
  • If the piece needs to be retouched or repainted Adina can likely offer this at no cost.

Broken Stones

  • Unfortunately there is nothing Adina can do to fix a broken crystal or stone
  • There are no replacements or exchanges offered for jewelry with damaged stones but we can offer you a discount to use on a future purchase
