Through this website we accept Paypal payments only.  If you prefer to pay using your credit card directly please feel free to contact us and we will take your credit card information over the phone. 

 

We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

To request a return, please email info@adinamills.com within 14 days of delivery confirmation including:

All return requests must be in the same condition and packaging you received it. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We do not do returns or exchanges to countries outside the US.

We will respond within 24 hours to your request and if approved, we will provide you with the address to send your item(s) back to. At this time, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon receipt of your item in acceptable condition, we will refund your full purchase amount (shipping is non-refundable). 

 

The following items are non-returnable and exchanges/credit will not be issued for the following:

 

• All items purchased on sale*.

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, they are final sale. We also do not accept international returns.

BROKEN ITEM REPAIR & DISCLAIMER:

Adina Mills pieces are wearable art.  They should be treated with extra special care and love, as they are not your typical metal or plastic component jewelry.  Although breakage and repair need is a rare occurrence, it can still happen.  Damage that occurs to the piece is typically caused by the wearer, and the wearer assumes all responsibility (outside natural wear and tear).  [There are certain precautions one can take when wearing these pieces, ie. try not to slam your hand down on hard surfaces when wearing the rings, hold necklaces close to your body when bending down or sitting at a table and reaching over, take the pieces off when bathing, swimming, washing hands, etc] In the case that the clay component of the piece breaks, cracks, chips, Adina can repair this for a minimal fee of $10-30 depending on the severity of the damage and extent of the repair work.  If the piece needs to be retouched or repainted Adina can also repair this for no fee.  In the case that the stone breaks, unfortunately there is nothing Adina can do to fix this, given that natural minerals, stones, crystals, etc cannot be mended or repaired.  There are no replacements or exchanges for broken stone jewelry pieces (but discounts will be granted in such a case, to enable purchasing a replacement).
